the other day i was reading about a syndrome where people imagine thier phones ringing or vibrating when they're really not. I'm fairly certain that i have this syndrome combined with the one where you think you hear you're getting an instant message... i guess i'm just retarded like that. heh

today was not the best monday in recent memory. i was up most of last night due to the fact that a raging storm sounds a lot like a dude in your attic about to jump down and shank you in revenge. so when i got to work i was already feeling pretty crappy when i found out the internet was down. i called time warner and their modem was up. i called out outsourced it ppl and it turns out our hardware firewall is down. so the dude comes out to replace it and accidentally replaces it with the wrong one. anyway i'm not going to go into any more detail, but a lot of mistakes were made and because of them we're going to be out of internet at work until tomorrow afternoon... sucks...

not a whole lot else going on. i played gears of war for a while and i'm thinking i'm starting to get better...
