Of all the things i've dabbled in throughout my life, the one thing that has brought me more grief than anything is web design. Don't get me wrong, I still love to critique other peoples website and visualize my own, but it is a totally different story when it comes to making any of these suggestions or visualizations a reality in code. things have come such a long way from the table and image tags that i learned so long ago. now there is css and php and who knows what else. I think that in general i do okay with the css, but much more in depth and it starts to get kind of blurry for me. in general it seems that web design seems like more of a hassle than anything else. and i'm not going to lie, it's not like my pages are super good or anything. i mean ppl have told me they are, but sometimes i look at what else is out there and know that there is no way i could ever consider myself a professional web designer.

More than anything else i would like to be able to go home and take a nap... either that or play an xbox 360 game other than gears of war.

i played the lost planet demo last night, it's pretty fun. i think i'll purchase that with my insurance money...
