Can't you understand that things always work out my way today.

i saw a video tonight of a man preaching that really made me think of some things in a way that i had never done before. it's been kind of a cliche to think that you were living your own life and that you can do what you want. in reality though things don't revolve around us and what we want, but they revolve around God. God created us in his image and we are part of an existence that revolves around him and because of this all of our actions should honor him. okay that's not really anything new. most people who go to church pretty much know that. so here's where the revolutionary stuff come in (to my life anyway). It's not really a big secret that i've been depressed lately and sometimes i think to myself that my life sucks. well if my life in essence is part of the story that revolves around God and if i were desgined to give praise to him, it's not possible for my life to suck, because i don't think that God does things that suck...

anyway that might make no sense to you at all, but it does to me...
