i've decided to make a number of little life changes, that i hope will amount to one big changes.
they are as follows:
1. try to eat lunch at home more often
2. eat oatmeal for breakfast
3. order a grande latte in the morning, rather than a venti latte.
4. drink only tea or water while at work
5. no more monster drinks or redbulls.
6. go to sleep earlier / wake up earlier.
so there you have it. 6 steps to a brand new azn...
oh yeh and i cut my hair..
