H-Town

H-Town:

1. A reference to Houston, Texas.

2. A reference to a former ITS employee, who often came to work drunk and was highly suspected to be addicted to heroin. He also stole a car, a bike and often randomly showed up to people's apartments (probably to loot.)

3. When said "H-Town <insert someone's name>" means that said person is a hood rat and probably on heroin.
